The shower tap in the bathroom is fixed, which might pose a inconvenience for those who prefer a movable shower head.

elegant lobby, friendly staff, and convenient location. the lobby of the hotel was beautiful and had a grand piano, making a great first impression. the staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best to make me feel welcome. the location was also very convenient, as many destinations were within a short distance.
Language barrier and limited food options. the language barrier made communication difficult, as few staff spoke English.

This hotel has a lovely and warm atmosphere, perfect for my Christmas holiday. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful with their services. I really enjoyed the comfortable and clean facilities, especially the elegant lobby and grand piano. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable price for such a great experience.
The language barrier caused a bit of confusion during my stay. Some of the staff did not speak English well, which made communication difficult at times.
